Returns

René Scheibenbauer operates a 14 days return policy upon receipt of your order.

To qualify for a full refund, all items must be returned in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and tags still attached.

For both UK and International returns, the customer needs to cover the return postage

via a trackable method. Please obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund.

For EU and International returns, please clearly mark your package and commercial

invoice as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs.

We will process your return within 7 working days, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account.

Returns on Made To Order Items

Placing made-to-order purchases will give customers availability-guarantee to items that are currently out of stock or are custom made. Please allow a shipping period on

made-to-order of 4-6 weeks.

Cancellations of pre-orders are only possible if the order has not started the production process yet.

Made-to-order items are not subject to refunds. If the customer wishes to return a

made-to-order item, this must be done within 14 days upon receipt of your order.

The full amount on made-to-order item will be offered in the form of a store credit which can be used exclusively to purchase available in-stock items on the René Scheibenbauer

e-store.

Discounts & Sale Items

Discount codes are only valid on regular-priced items. Discount codes can not be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other discounts.
